I would love to learn more about HRT for perimenopause and post menopause. I have listened to all of your horomone pods hoping for some education here but its mostly all lifestyle hacks. Do you have personal experience with taking HRT? Would love a deep dive into this*** Pills vs creams vs patches... how you go about choosing which horomones to start with, how often to get labs done to modify dosages, what to expect in beginning, etc. LOVE the work you put out... Hello from London. I SO appreciate all the tulime and energy and effort you put into giving us free information. I'd love it if you could speak about minerals and supplementation. I have been pregnant or breastfeeding most of my adult life 😳 and although I have prioritised quality protein and movement and sun (lol, when it's sunny here), I still feel absolutely depleted and it's been reflected in my bloods that show subclinical hyperthyroidism and prediabetes (in spite of being really health conscious) and I'm wondering if years of sustaining life with my body has depleted me more than I realise.
I want to know why young, healthy athletes are having cardiac arrest (Lebron Jr for instance). I feel strongly that the covid injection could be the culprit. But is that reasonable?
