Being metabolically flexible is the secret to health and longevity, but what does it actually mean?
Just got my NutriSense and applied it yesterday. So much freakin’ info already. The NutriSense already had kicked me a few times. I tend to need a dose of reality now and then.
I was really stricked over the summer: Strength training, super low sugar, high density diet. I have been a little too relaxed lately. My a1c went from 5.0 to 5.3 from August to November. Im still strength training and honestly, I think it’s the only thing that’s been keeping my numbers from ballooning. (My waist went from 36-34 over the summer until now. It’s nice to see it again. Like an old friend. 😊)
While my numbers are still metabolically “sound”, there is no room for cheating when you get into your 50s!
