Thinking out of the box - could these peptides be something to help with ASD, ADHD, etc?

P.s. I made an apt with a FNP to start my journey! I had listened to the propaganda, but after listening to you, digging around, I'm comfortable moving forward. I'm your stereotypical metabolic mess :( PCOS, insulin resistence, metabolic syndrome, waist at 47" - line in the sand drawn.

One question, if you don't mind, but I'm hearing from other sources that the weight loss ratio is often equal between fat and muscle and in an ideal world it would be more like 3/4 fat and 1/4 muscle?

I always learn something -- a lot -- from you. (I totally got what you meant by thickening!) My husband has suffered more recently from brain fog and not finding his words. Brain scan is normal but they want to give him speech therapy (?). I'm going to get him on this. THANK YOU.

Thanks for these episodes. I finally talked to my functional doc about it, with a more open mind, and I'll be starting on a compounded, low dose next week. I've even shared your podcast with my doc and several friends!

Micro-dosing and cycling are KEY IMO...

The one topic that was not discussed is would it be wise to take GLP-1 peptides if you are healthy? No pain, lean, no disease? In other words, are there anti-aging or other benefits associated with GLP-1?

Would you comment on the danger of the ingredient phenol in Ozempic?
