This is SO interesting. I am definitely the skinny Caucasian young woman. I can feel that I’m weak and lack strength and energy. It’s honestly horrible. I’ve switched my life around in the past year and half. I’m animal based for the most part now and I’m exclusively breastfeeding a 9 month old. I’ve just started researching exercising and muscles and everything around it. I’m so happy I found this episode as well as the others linked. I’m definitely going to start strength training and looking into a coach. I’m also definitely looking into your beauty in a bottle and the collagen one. I also will share this video!
