Getting hurt sucks, but you don’t have to take it lying down. In fact, you absolutely should do the opposite in most cases. What you’ve been told to do doesn’t necessarily line up with what best practices are for regenerating your tissues.

On this episode I’m going to share with you what I do when I’m hurt and how I’ve counseled my patients in the past. This one is short and chock full of pearls so get ready to take notes!
